1. General Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable by default.

When you make a payment to Money Incinerator, you explicitly acknowledge that you receive nothing in exchange and provided explicit consent via required checkboxes.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may be issued if:

  • Required by Jordanian law
  • Payment processing errors occur
  • Fraud or unauthorized transactions
  • Payment processor mandates reversal

3. How to Request a Refund

Include: name, email, transaction date, transaction ID, and detailed explanation.

4. Review Process

  1. Acknowledgment within 2 business days
  2. Review within 7 business days
  3. Decision within 14 business days

5. Chargebacks

We will provide evidence of your consent. Contact us first before initiating chargebacks.
