1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website and making a payment through Money Incinerator ("we," "us," "our"), you ("user," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use this website or make any payment.

2. The Core Concept

You receive nothing.

By making a payment of $5.00 USD (or equivalent in other currencies), you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

  • You will receive no product of any kind.
  • You will receive no service of any kind.
  • You will receive no digital content, access, membership, or benefits.
  • You will receive no delivery of any kind.
  • This is not a donation to a charity or cause.
  • This is a voluntary payment for nothing.

3. Electronic Consent

By checking the required consent checkboxes and submitting your payment, you are providing your electronic signature and consent to these Terms & Conditions. This electronic consent is legally binding and equivalent to a handwritten signature.

We will record:

  • Your checkbox consent(s)
  • Timestamp of consent
  • IP address (where lawful)
  • Transaction metadata

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website and make a payment. By using this service, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age.

5. Payment Processing

All payments are processed through third-party payment providers (Stripe, HyperPay, PayTabs, or Checkout.com). We do not store your full credit card or payment details. Payment processing is subject to the terms and policies of the selected provider.

6. No Refunds (General Policy)

Because you knowingly and explicitly agreed to receive nothing in exchange for your payment, refunds are generally not provided.

Exceptions may apply as outlined in our Refunds & Disputes page, including cases required by applicable Jordanian law or payment processor mandates.

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, we reserve the right to provide evidence of your explicit consent, including:

  • Checkbox consent records
  • Timestamps
  • IP address and session logs (where lawful)
  • These Terms & Conditions

Initiating a chargeback for a transaction where you received exactly what was promised (nothing) may be considered fraudulent.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Amman, Jordan.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Money Incinerator and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or your payment.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
